Bitter & Famous

This cocktail is an americano–negroni–style flavour combination brought to life with a splash of soda.


  • 25 ml Aarke Bitter Orange
  • 20 ml Mezcal
  • 20 ml Red vermouth
  • 20 ml Sparkling water
  • Orange zest


Stir Bitter Orange, mezcal and vermouth with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with orange zest.
