Optimized brewing The water level sensor automatically adjusts the brewing process and maintains an optimal water temperature between 92°-96°C, based on the number of cups being brewed. This creates the perfect brewing conditions, guaranteeing fully extracted flavour, every time.
Optional Blooming Mode When enabled, the coffee grinds are pre-soaked at the start of the brewing cycle to bring out their full flavor. This replication of barista pour-over technique allows the forming air bubbles to escape, allowing for more extraction and less sourness, where you wish to experiment with the roast.
Descaling Program After every 60 brewing cycles, the LED indicator will blink to remind you to run the descaling program. To do this, simply fill the water tank with a descaling solution, press and hold the button for 7 seconds.
