Ginger Drill

An invigorating taste explosion that makes the classic Dark’n Stormy seem bleak; a direction pointed out by the Aarke Spicy Ginger drink mixer.


  • 30 ml Aarke Spicy Ginger
  • 40 ml Lapsang (smoked) tea (or 40 ml dark rum)
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sparkling water
  • 3 raspberries


Pour Spicy Ginger, tea (or rum), raspberries and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a short highball glass and top with aarke sparkling water, add ice. Garnish with a raspberry
